We offer a variety of group fitness classes five days per week - both
in-person and virtually.
For those who prefer to meet 1-on-1 or 2-on-1, we offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions.
Through private sessions, we can help you to implement lifestyle changes to improve your physical and mental health. These sessions are private and can be conducted in-person or virtually.

I have been a personal trainer for almost 14 years in various capacities including being a traveling trainer, working for a big gym, and a small studio. Ultimately I decided that I wanted to be my own boss, set my own hours but most importantly continue helping people on their fitness journey . . . whatever that may be.
How did I get here? Well I will tell you that I’m the girl who cut gym class, hated it. I never played sports - although most people assume that I played sports. Nope, I was a VERY good spectator. So this isn’t something that has been in my blood my whole life. It is something that I started getting passionate about 25 years ago and ultimately decided to make it my career.
Being a personal trainer is not just a job for me; it is a passion and a calling. I love the opportunity to guide and support individuals on their fitness journeys, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve their health and wellness goals. Witnessing the transformation, both physical and mental, in my clients as they progress is incredibly rewarding. There is something truly special about being able to empower others to take control of their life through personalized fitness training.

Kristin has helped me stay healthy for many of my major life changes and events (wedding, babies, etc). The Six Week Lose It Challenge was inspiring! More than your standard “let's all work independently and lose as many pounds as we can”. Kristin took the time to bring an educational aspect each week to really teach the participants about how life choices and stresses may impact overall health. Her balanced attitude towards living your life combined with fitness has built a community of people wanting to feel their overall best as we age.
